Wondering if anyone has experience of handcarrying photographic paper onboard… I’m well aware of cumulative effect of x-rays to film and have done quite a lot of negotiating hand searches at airport machines in the last few years.Paper could be a tricky one though as once the box is opened…..well you know the rest!

I would assume that paper being light sentitive would carry the same risk from X-rays as film so checking the boxes in would be a no-no.

I’m thinking about carrying a couple of boxes of 16"X12" FB paper back to India where it’s tricky to get so helpful hints welcomed.

I could Fed-Ex but the cost and legendary ability of Indian customs officials to open everything might be fatal in this case….
